Currently in development by Sestar are several technologies that will have a profound impact in the medical field, foremost among them a plasma sterilization unit for sustainable healthcare.
A Plasma Mobile Sterilization Device, using our patented sensor technology, sterilizes medical equipment in a matter of seconds in a self contained, highly portable and compact unit using a plasma energy generation system. It offers the benefit of more complete sterilization than traditional methods and, unlike traditional autoclaves that use high temperatures and moisture, is non-corrosive to devices.
- Principle Use: Solar and/or AC/DC powered sterilization, replacing the autoclave.
- Proprietary Features: Fast, light weight, solar and/or AC/DC powered, self contained (requires no additives or technological training), more effective than today’s standard techniques.
- Application: Hospitals, ambulances, out-patient facilities, oral surgeon and physician offices, labs, military field medics, international disaster relief, public health agencies such as the World Health Organization (WHO).
